About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff / Operations Manager to join our small team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management within the life sciences sector, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This person will partner closely with and report to our CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission and goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and evaluate operational performance.
• Change Management: Guide the organization through change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role within the life sciences industry.
• Experience with leading Sales initiatives or processes is preferred

• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.

• Comp Range: $90,000 and $120,000 (compensation is dependent on experience)
